CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH MEDIA
CONNECTION GROUP (MCG) IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$75,000 RELATED TO CONDUCTING THE
TEI,ECOMMUNICATIONS NEEDS STUDY
WHEREAS, the City desires to review the quality and level of service provided to the businesses
and residents of South San Francisco with regard to telecommunications and cable providers; and
WHEREAS, the City has interviewed MCG and found them to be well-qualified to assist in
addressing the City's telecommunications and cable needs study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The City hereby authorizes the award of the contract to MCG for performing the
Telecommunications Needs Study in an amount not to exceed $75,000.
2. The City Council further authorizes the City Manager to prepare and execute an
agreement with MCG for said work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu 1 ar meeting held on the 22nd day of_
