CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $43,800 TO TRINI CHANCE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE AMERICANS WITH
DISABILITY ACT MISCELLANEOUS ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES
PHASE II PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Trini
Chance Construction Company in an amount not to exceed $43,800; and
WHEREAS, cost for this project is available with funding from the Community Development
Block Grant fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an award of contract in an amount not to exceed
$43,800 to Trini Chance Construction Company for the Americans with Disability Act (ADA)
Miscellaneous Accessibility Upgrades Phases II project, with funding from the Community
Development Block Grant fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 13th day
of May , 1998 by the following vote:
