CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROMENADE FINAL MAP
(SA-96-116), ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION,
APPROVING A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF THE MAP AND
APPROVING THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, the Promenade subdivision creates 179 single-family home lots and an additional
"Parcel D", which will be developed with a 34-unit "affordable housing" town home project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Promenade Final Map (SA-96-116), accepts offers
of dedication, approves the Subdivision Improvement Agreement, authorizes the recordation of the
map, and approves the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and related documents.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu 1 ar meeting held on the 13th day
of May , 1998 by the following vote:
