CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AVALON TERRACE
SUBDIVISION FINAL MAP (SA-97-060), ACCEPTING OFFERS OF
DEDICATION, APPROVING A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF THE
MAP AND APPROVING THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, the Avalon Terrace subdivision creates 21 single-family home lots, fronting on a
new public street, Castile Way and an additional "Parcel A", which is being dedicated to the City as
park land to be joined to Avalon Memorial Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby (1) approves the Avalon Terrance Subdivision Final Map (SA-
97-060) accepting offers of dedication, (2) approves the Subdivision Improvement Agreement, (3)
authorizes the recordation of the map, and (4) approves the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions and related documents.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§ul aP meeting held on the 27th day
of Mav ,1998 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman,
Kar.yl Matsumoto and Mayor Euqene
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember John R. Penna
