CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA FOR STATE - LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT SUPPLEMENTS
WHEREAS, staff had submitted various roadway projects for partial reimbursement by the
State - Local Transportation Partnership Program; and
WHEREAS, as a condition for receiving reimbursement by the State - Local Transportation
Partnership Program funds, the State of California requires a Program Agreement be executed by the
City; and
WHEREAS, approval of this resolution would authorize the Public Works Director to execute
such an agreement; and
WHEREAS, the program provides a percentage match; and
WHEREAS, the percentages vary according to the number of applications received, but can be
as high as 50% but is generally between 10-25 %.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works to execute agreements
with the State of California for State - Local Transportation Partnership Program Agreement
supplements.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
