CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR
COMMISSIONS, BOARDS OR COMMITTEES AND APPROVAL
OF THE SELECTION PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, staff desires approval of revised and formalized Application for Commissions,
Boards, and Committees and approve selection procedures; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the changed and formalized application and selection procedures is
to assist the Mayor and City Council in making appointments quickly and efficiently, to ensure the fair
and equitable treatment of interest citizens, and to guarantee a consistent selection process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves an application for Commissions and Boards, and
approving the selection procedures.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu l ar meeting held on the 10'ch day
of dune ,1998 by the following vote:
