CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
INSITUFORM WEST, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $123,310 FOR
THE SHAW ROAD SANITARY SEWER AND NEWMAN DRIVE
STORM SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the construction contract be awarded to Insituform West,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, this project is included in the 199%1998 Capital Improvement Program
with a budget of $250,000 funded by Sewer Enterprise Fund and Capital Improvement Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an award of contract to Insituform West, Inc. in the
amount of $123,310 for the Shaw Road Sanitary Sewer and Newman Drive Storm Sewer Rehabilitation
Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regulam meeting held on the 24th day
of dune , 1998 by the following vote:
