HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 77-1998 RESOLUTION NO. 77-98 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SERVICE CHARGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-1999 WHEREAS, Municipal Code Chapter 14.04 enables the City to levy charges for the local portion of the San Mateo County Stormwater Management Program; and WHEREAS, notices were published and a public hearing was held on June 24, 1998 as required for the imposition of the subject stormwater fees; and WHEREAS, funding for the local program requires $405,937; and WHEREAS, the Stormwater Service Charges are maintained at the level established in Fiscal Year 1997-98. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows: The City Council hereby confirms the Stormwater Management Service Charge formula attached hereto as Exhibit "A" for fiscal year 1998-1999. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of June , 1998 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Matsumoto, None NOES: ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None James L. Mullin ATTEST: City Clerk /cfi A:\stormwamr.res.doc Exhibit 'A' to Resolution No. 77-98 NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHARGES FOR 1998-99 CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on Wednesday, the 24th day of Jane 1998, at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California, will consider the adoption of Stormwater Management Program Fees for fiscal year 1998-99 pursuant to Chapter 14.04 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code, and any, and all interested persons may appear and be heard thereon.
