CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF PETITION FOR INCLUSION OF THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 432 BADEN AVENUE INTO PARKING
DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, the Parking Commission is requesting that the City Council adopt a Resolution of
Petition to include the property located at 432 Baden Avenue into Parking District No. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes a resolution of petition for inclusion of 432 Baden
Avenue into Parking District No. 1.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a r,og~13 ar, meeting held on the 24th day
of June , 1998 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Joseph A.
Matsumoto. and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember John R. Penna
