CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE EMMACK
CRONAN GROUP, INC. TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES
RELATED TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1998-99 OPERATING BUDGET
(NO. 99-1)
WHEREAS, staff desires to enter into a contractual agreement with Emmack Cronan Group, Inc.
for professional technical assistance to identify requirements and purchase computer software and services
to automate various city functions.
WHEREAS, the fee for this project in the amount of $28,566 will be funded from unallocated
General Fund reserves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contractual services
agreement with the Emmack Cronan Group, Inc. to provide consulting services related to information
technology.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves an amendment to the 1998-
99 Operating Budget (No. 99-1) to add $28,566 to the Police Department's Professional Services Budget
with funding from the undesignated reserves.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of July ,
1998 by the following vote:
