CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
RWL INVESTMENTS, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SIGN THE CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
WHEREAS, staff recommends the City Council approve the settlement agreement in the
amount of $28,178.00 and authorize the City Manager to sign the Certificate of Acceptance; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project will come from Redevelopment Agency funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Settlement Agreement with RWL Investments, Inc.
in the amount of $28,178.00 and authorizes the City Manager to sign the Certificate of Acceptance.
