CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
REACH AN AGREEMENT WITH A.G. EDWARDS & SONS, INC.
TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE CITY AS THE MANAGING
UNDERWRITER FOR FUTURE BOND AND ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT FINANCING
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute an
agreement with A.G. Edwards to render future services to the City as needed with regards to bond and
assessment district debt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into an agreement with
A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. to provide services to the City as the managing underwriter for further
bond and assessment district financing.
