CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF DESIGNATED POSITIONS
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'S CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE TO ADD THE POSITIONS OF PROJECT READ
DIRECTOR, LIBRARY PROGRAM MANAGER, CAPITAL PROJECT
COORDINATOR, MANAGER OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT, DIRECTOR OF PARKS, RECREATION AND
MAINTENANCE SERVICES, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES,
AND ASSISTANT FINANCE DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has adopted a list of
designated positions to the City's Conflict of Interest Code;
WHEREAS, the City has recently added the positions of Project Read Director, Library
Program Manager, Capital Project Coordinator, Manager of Housing and Community Development,
Director of Parks, Recreation and Maintenance Services, Director of Human Resources, and Assistant
Finance Director;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The list of designated positions, attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to the City's
Conflict of Interest Code is hereby amended to add the positions of Project Read Director, Library
Program Manager, Capital Project Coordinator, Manager of Housing and Community Development,
Director of Parks, Recreation and Maintenance Services, Director of Human Resources, and Assistant
Finance Director.
