CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REJECTION OF A BID
RECEIVED FOR THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
PLAY AREA RENOVATIONS PROJECT/PHASE II AND
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO READVERTISE FOR BIDS ON THIS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, staff desires to reject the bid received from Admond Construction, Inc. for the
Americans with Disabilities Act Play Area Renovations Project/Phase 11 and re-advertise for bids on
this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco as follows:
1. The City rejects the bid received from Admond Construction, Inc. for American with
Disabilities Act Play Area Renovations Project/Phase II.
2. The City is hereby authorized to re-advertise for bids on this project.
