CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $126,000 TO ACCUTITE
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING FOR THE
REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT OF UNDERGROUND FUEL TANKS -
PHASE II
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Accutite Environmental Engineering in an amount not to exceed $126,000; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds exists for construction of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an award of contract in an amount not to exceed
$126,000 to Accutite Environmental Engineering for the Removal/Replacement of Underground Fuel
Tanks - Phase 11. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the agreemem.
