CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE
AGREEMENT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT SLUDGE REMOVAL
WITH THE TILLO PRODUCTS COMPANY
WHEREAS, staff recommends a single payment by the City to Tillo for Sludge Removal ( in
12 installments) that encompasses all operational expenses; and
WHEREAS, the project budget for fiscal year 1997/98 has been established in the amount of
$546,000; and
WHEREAS, cost for this project is shared proportionally with the City of San Bruno, with San
Bruno paying 33 u3 percent and South San Francisco paying 662/3 percent with funding from the Sewer
Rental Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes amendment No. 3 to the agreement for Sewage
Treatment Plant Sludge Removal with Tillo Products Company. The City Manager is authorized to
sign the Third Amendment.
