CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO CHAPTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL 1507 FOR THE
PERIOD OF JULY 1. 1998 THROUGH JUNE 30. 2001
WHEREAS, the representatives of the City and the South San Francisco Chapter of the
International Association of Firefighters, Local 1507 have reached agreement on those wages and
conditions of employment, which are to be in effect during the period of July 1, 1998 through June 30,
2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the Agreement be approved by the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
It hereby approves the Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and
Local 1507 of the International Association of Firefighters, South San
Francisco which set forth those wages and conditions of employment to be in
effect during the period of July 1, 1998 through June 30, 2001.
The City Manager is directed to prepare a revised Memorandum of
Understanding document, subject to review and approval as to form by the City
Attorney.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a spec5 al meeting held on the llth day
of August , 1998 by the following vote:
