CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
CONTRACT WITH BBN TECHNOLIGIES TO INCREASE THE
CONTRACT AMOUNT BY $10,000 AND AMENDING THE 1998-
99 OPERATING BUDGET (NO. 99-2)
WHEREAS, staff desires to amend the contract with BBN Technoligies to increase the contract
amount by $10,000, to assist the City on various airport related noise and safety issues; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds exists for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves Amendment No.2 to the contract with BBN
Technologies to increase the contract amount by $10,000 and also approves an amendment to the 1998-
99 Operating Budget to add $10,000 to the City Manager's Professional Services Budget with funding
from the Non-Designated Reserve Fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a s peci al meeting held on the 11th day
of Au.qust ,1998 by the following vote:

Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Joseph A. Fernekes, Karyl
Matsumoto, John R. Penna and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin
