CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CHAMBER
OF COMMERCE RELATED TO VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco and the South San Francisco
Chamber of Commerce desire to enter into an agreement related to the production of promotional videos
highlighting the City, its industry and attributes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. The City Council hereby approves the agreement between the City and the South San
Francisco Chamber of Commerce related to production of promotional videos and further authorizes the
City Manager to execute the agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu ] a r meeting held on the 11 th day of _

AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Karyl Matsumoto and
John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Councilmember James L. Datzman and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin
