CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1995-97
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET ( CIP 98-8) TO
APPROPRIATE $1,600,000 FROM THE SEWER RENTAL FUND TO THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO/SAN BRUNO WATER QUALITY CONTROL
PLANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby approves an amendment to the 1995-97 Capital Improvement Program Budget (CIP 98-8) to
appropriate $1,600,000 from the Sewer Rental fund to the South San Francisco/San Bruno Water Quality
Control Plant Improvement Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a requl ar meeting held on the 22nd day of_
October , 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
