CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE
ORANGE PARK POOL - INTERIOR PAINT TO D & K PAINTING
COMPANY, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,000 AND APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE 1997-98 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
BUDGET ( CIP 98-10)
WHEREAS, this project is funded from the current Capital Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby authorizes an award of contract to D and K Painting Company, Inc. for the
Orange Park Pool - Interior Paint project in the amount of $14,000 and approve an amendment to the
1997-1998 Capital Improvement Program budget ( CIP 98-10).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu] ar meeting held on the l:~th day of_
November, 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R.
Penna and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Robert Yee
