HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 128-1997 RESOLUTION NO. 128-97 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1997-1998 OPERATING BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,925.00 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO ADDITIONAL BOCCE COURTS IN ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK WI-IEREAS, the City and the Italian American Citizens Club has expressed a desire to add two additional courts adjacent to the existing Bocce Courts, and sharing the cost equally between the City and the Club; and WHEREAS, sufficient In-Lieu Park fees are available in Zone IV - East of El Camino Real for the City's contribution to this project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it hereby approves an amendment to the 1997-1998 operating budget in the amount of $12,925.00 for the installation of two additional Bocce Courts in Orange Memorial Park. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§u] ar meeting held on the 12th day of_ Nnvomhor, 1997 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers James L.
