HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 140-1997RESOLUTION NO. 140=97 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION 97-037 ASSESSING THE IMPACTS OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE 10 ACRE EL RANCHO SCHOOL SITE LOCATED AT 753 DEL MONTE AVENUE FOR AS MANY AS 39 LOTS AND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AS MANY AS 38 RESIDENCES WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Planning Commission held duly noticed public hearing on October 2, 1997 and October 16, 1997; and WHEREAS, a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project in accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), identifying serval potential adverse impacts attributable to the development of the site for as many as thirty-eight (38) new residences; and WHEREAS, the potential adverse impacts resulting from the development of the site can be reduced to a level less than significant through the implementation of mitigation measures, including a mitigation monitoring plan, that will be made conditions of approval of the future subdivision plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it hereby approves Mitigated Negative Declaration 97-037. I hereby certify that the foregoing ResOlution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a ~poci ~ ] meeting held on the 1 ~f.~ day of Decomher, 1997 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers James L.
