CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR
1997-98
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of South San Francisco that:
1. The Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 1997-98, in the amount of thirty-three
million, one hundred three thousand, five hundred fifty dollars ( $33,103,550 ), entitled" Capital
Improvement Program for 1997-98", which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved
and accepted.
2. The projects approved under this program are also approved to be advertised for
construction bids when the plans and specifications are completed. Once bids are opened, each project will
have to come back to the Council for approval of award.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu ] ar meeting held on the ?.~i'~h day of
June ,1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna. Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
