CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REVISED JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE SAN MATEO
OPERATIONAL AREA EMERGENCY SERVICES
ORGANIT. ATION
WHEREAS, revisions to the existing Joint Powers Agreement for the San Mateo Operational Area
Emergency Services Organization were necessary; and
WHEREAS, the revisions are primarily language-related and impose no substantive changes in
policy based on the Standardized Emergency Management System legislation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby adopts the revised Joint Powers Agreement for the San Mateo Operational Area Emergency
Services Organization.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a rp§ul a r meeting held on the 9th day of
July , 1997 by the following vote:
