CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PREPARE AND EXECUTE A CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JERRY HAAG FOR PREPARATION OF A
NEGATIVE DECLARATION RELATED TO THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO/SAN BRUNO WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND APPROVING THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT RUDGET AMENDMF. NT NO. 98-1
WHEREAS, this funding is required to retain Jerry Haag, Urban Planner to prepare the Negative
Declaration for the Water Quality Control Plant Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, Carollo Engineers, the City of South San Francisco engineers and staff concurred in
the retention of Jerry Haag to prepare the Negative declaration; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project will come from the Sewer Enterprise Fund; and
WHEREAS, the requested $52,800 is to be repaid when the permanent funding is in place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to prepare and execute a consultant services agreement with
Jerry Haag for preparation of a Negative Declaration related to the South San Francisco/San Bruno Water
Quality Control Plant Improvement Project and approving the Capital Improvement Budget amendment
No. 98-1.
