CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $17,000 TO D & K PAINTING COMPANY,
INC. FOR THE ORANGE PARK POOL - PAINT EXTERIOR
PROJECT
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1997, Council approved the plans and specifications and authorized staff
to advertise for bids; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, D & K
Painting Company, Inc. in the amount of $17,000; and
WHEREAS, this project is funded from the current Capital Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby authorizes an award of a contract in an amount of $17,000 to D & K Painting
Company, Inc. for the Orange Park Pool - Paint Exterior.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar' meeting held on the 13th day of Au~lust ,
1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, EuCene R. hullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Ma.¥or Joseph A. Fernekes
