CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF DESIGNATED POSITIONS
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'S CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE TO ADD THE POSITION OF INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has adopted a list of designated
positions subject to the City's Conflict of Im6rest Code;
WHEREAS, the City has recently added the position of Information Technology Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The list of designated positions, attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to the City's
Conflict of Interest Code is hereby amended to add the position of Information Technology Manager.
2. The position of Information Technology Manager is hereby assigned the disclosure
category five.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly imroduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a ro9 u 1 o r meeting held on the ?Tt h day of
August ,1997 by the following vote:
