CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH
NICHOLS BERMAN FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR TERRABAY
PHASES II AND III
WHEREAS, following a request for proposal process, staff recommends that Nichols Berman be
selected to prepare the Environmental Impact Report for Terrabay Phases II and III; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
as follows:
1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to prepare and execute a contract with Nichols Berman
in an amount not to exceed $121,075 for preparation of the Terrabay Phases II and III EIR.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu l a r meeting held on the 24th day of
