CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPENSATION
PLAN FOR THE MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES, FOR THE
PERIOD OF JULY 1, 1997 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2000
WHEREAS, the representatives of the City and Management Employees reached agreement on
those wages and conditions of employment which are to be in effect during the period of July 1, 1997,
through June 30, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the Agreement be approved by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
(1) It hereby accepts and approves the Compensation Plan for Management Employees,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which sets forth the wages and benefits to be in effect during the period of
July 1, 1997 through June 30, 2000.
(2) The City Manager is directed to prepare a revised compensation plan booklet
incorporating the changes set forth in Exhibit "A" subject to review and approval as to form by
the City Attorney.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu l ar meeting held on the 8th day of_
