CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF A
STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES AND PROPOSED USE OF
CDBG FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXE~CUTF. REI,ATED DOCUMENTS
The City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
The City Council herby authorizes submission of the statement of objectives and proposed
use of CDBG funds for Fiscal year 1997-1998 to the Department of Housing and Urban Development and
further authorizes the City Manger to execute all documents necessary to secure an award the CDBG funds
for the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a re.qular meeting held on the 23rddayof ~pril ,
1997 by the follo~ving vote:
