CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT TO UNIACKE CONSTRUCTION FOR THE
CONMUR AVENUE STORM DRAIN SYSTEM
REPLACEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $63,740,
APPROVING A PROJECT BUDGET OF $85,000 AND
APPROVING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
BUDGET AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Conmur Avenue Storm Drain System
replacement project were advertised for competitive bids; and
WHEREAS, Uniacke Construction was the low bidder at $63,740.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby awards the construction contract to Uniaeke Construction for the Conmur Avenue Storm
Drain System replacement in the amount of $63,740 and approves a project budget of $85,000.
The City Council further authorizes an amendment to the Capital Improvement Program budget
(CIP 97-15) to add $85,000 for the Conmur Avenue Storm Drain System Replacement.
