CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT TO UNIACKE CONSTRUCTION FOR THE
COMMERCIAL AVENUE SANITARY SEWER
REPLACEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $131,800,
APPROVING A PROJECT BUDGET OF $176,800 AND
AMENDING THE 1996-97 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM RUDGET
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Commercial Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement
project were advertised for competitive bids;
WHEREAS, Uniacke Construction was the Iow bidder at $131,800;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby awards the construction contract to Uniacke Construction for the Commercial Avenue
Sanitary Sewer Replacement in the amount of $131,800 and approves a project budget of $176,800.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes an amendment to the
1996-1997 Capital Improvement Program budget (CIP 97-16) adding $126,000 from the Sewer Enterprise
Fund for the Commercial Avenue Sewer Replacement project.
