CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT TO STOLOSKI & GONZALEZ FOR THE
LUX/CALIFORNIA/PINE AVENUE STORM DRAIN
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $256,639,
APPROVING A PROJECT BUDGET OF $310,139, AND
AMENDING THE 1996-97 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM RUDGET
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Lux/California/Pine Avenue Storm Drain
Improvement project were advertised for competitive bids; and
WHEREAS, Stoloski & Gonzalez was the low bidder at $256,639.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby awards the construction contract to Stoloski & Gonzalez for the Lux/California/Pine Avenue
Storm Drain Improvement project in the amount of $256,639 and approves a project budget of $310,139.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes an amendment to the
1996-97 Capital Improvement Program budget (CIP 97-17) adding $260,139 from Gas Tax funds for the
Lux/California/Pine Avenue Storm Drain Improvement Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu l ar meeting held on the 14th day of
May , 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin,
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
