CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AGREEMENT
IDENTIFIED AS AGENCY - STATE MASTER AGREEMENT
NO. 04-5177
WHEREAS, this agreement funds programs under the Intermodal Surface Transportation
Efficiency Act of 1991.
WHEREAS, said programs include the Surface Transportation Program, the Congestion
Mitigation Air Quality Improvement Program, the Transportation Enhancement Activities Program, and
the Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to sign an agreement with the Department of Transportation,
Agreement identified as Agency - State Master Agreement No.04-5177.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu ] ar meeting held on the 11 th day of
dune , 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
