CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT TO HARTY PIPELINES, INC. FOR THE
MC DONELL AVENUE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT
PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,160.00, APPROVING
A PROJECT BUDGET OF $94,560.00 AND AMENDING
THE 1996-97 CAPITAl. IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the McDonell Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement
Project were advertised for competitive bids; and
WHEREAS, Harry Pipelines, Inc. was the low bidder at $69,160.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby awards the construction contract to Harty Pipelines, Inc. for the McDonell Avenue Sanitary
Sewer Replacement Project in the amount of $69,160.00 and approves a project budget of $94,560.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes an amendment to the
1996-97 Capital Improvement Program budget (CIP 97-20) adding $68,650.00 from Sewer Enterprise
fund for the McDonell Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement project to the Capital Improvement Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu l ar meeting held on the 1 lth day of .
