CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OPERATING BUDGET AMENDMENT
(OB 97-10) TO ADD $99,240 TO THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
BUDGET FOR LITIGATION.SERVICES AND EXPERT WITNESS FEES
RELATED TO SSF V. MAYER AND JOHNSON V. SSF
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's budget needs additional funds to cover
extraordinary legal services being rendered in two litigation cases;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves an operating budget amendment (OB 97-10)
to transfer $99,240 from the undesignated general fund reserves to the City
Attorney for litigation and expert witness fees in SSF v. Mayer and Johnson v.
SSF.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
~pmnial meeting held on the 18th day of December ,
1996 by the following vote;
AYES: C0unci]members Eugene R. Mu]lin, John R. Penna, Robert Yee
and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
