CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS AND
mT.ECTRIC AT AIRPORT BOUT.mVARD AND ARMOUR AVENUE
WHEREAS, the original easement granted by Pacific Gas and Electric for
the drainage channels did not coincide with the location of the channels; and
WHEREAS, the staff has surveyed the locations of the new storm drains
and worked with Pacific Gas and Electric on new easements; and
WHEREAS, this easement will allow the City to install and maintain the
storm drain lines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco accepts a storm
drain easement from Pacific Gas and Electric at Airport Boulevard and Armour
Avenue. The City Manager is hereby authorized to prepare and execute the
Easement and the City Clerk is hereby directed to record the Easement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 22nd day of January , 1997 by the
following vote:

Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
