CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LANDSCAPE EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND PACIFIC GAS AND ET.ECTRIC
WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric owns approximately 1.5 acres of
property situated between Linden Avenue and the intersection of Armour Avenue
and Airport Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to utilize redevelopment funds to landscape
the property in the interest of improving the visual and aesthetic quality of
the property; and
WHEREAS, adoption of this resolution will provide for the joint use of
the property and fix the City's and Pacific Gas and Electric's respective
privileges and obligations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby approves the
Landscape Easement Agreement between the City and Pacific Gas and Electric.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to record the Easement Agreement.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
requ]ar meeting held on the 22nd day of January , 1997 by the
