CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AND CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY FOR SERVICE TO 820
TRNNIS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City purchased a portion of the Mazzanti property with the
condition that a new separate water line to the residence is to be
constructed.
WHEREAS, the estimated cost for the new service is $15,168 and is
included in the Capital Improvement Program Orange Park Improvement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
The City of South San Francisco authorizes an agreement between The City
of South San Francisco and California Water Service Company for the service of
a separate water line to the existing residence of 820 Tennis Drive.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
