CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WOLFE AND ASSOCIATES REGARDING
TRT,~COMMUNTCATIONS NR~DS ASS~SSMRNT
WHEREAS, the City and Wolfe and Associates desire to enter
into a consultant services agreement related to needs assessment as
to telecommunication facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, that:
The City of South San Francisco hereby approves the consultant
services agreement with Wolfe and Associates, Inc. to conduct the
defined services of the telecommunications needs procurement for
City facilities. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a r~l]~r meeting held on the 26th day of
February , 1997 ~y the following vote.
