CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A QUITCLAIM OF THE
ORIGINAL STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE
PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC PROPERTY AT THE CORNER
OF AIRPORT BOUI.EVARD AND ARMOUR AVi~.NUE
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco currently maintains certain drainage channels
through the site located at the intersection of Airport Boulevard and Armour Avenue, which is owned by
Pacific Gas & Electric Company; and
WHEREAS, the easement originally provided to the City for such maintenance did not coincide
with the location of the drainage channels; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized new easements for such maintenance, and
desires to remove the original easements from the property; and
WHEREAS, the quitclaim will remove the original easments from the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a quitclaim of the original storm drainage easement
on the Pacific Gas & Electric property at the corner of Airport Boulevard and Armour Avenue.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regu l ar meeting held on the _12_tb_ day of M~ rrh ,
1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin and
Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
