CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REVISED
FEE AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF COLMA
FOR POT.IC~ DISPATCH SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a revised fee
agreement with the Town of Colma for Police Dispatch Services
increasing the annual fee to Forty One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty
One Dollars and Seventy Five Cents ($41,481.75) for fiscal year
1996-1997 and provides for these sums to be adjusted each year on
July 1st in a percentage equal to the annual percentage change in
the Bay Area cost of living index for the preceding year (April to
April), or 2%, whichever is greater.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a r~gu]ar meeting held on the 14th day of
Au§ust , 1996 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago
