CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF
DESIGNATED POSITIONS FOR THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'S CONFLICT
OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2-95 the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco previously adopted the list of designated positions subject to the
City's Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, because of the subsequent reorganization of the City's staff, new
positions have been created and others eliminated or modified, which are not
reflected in the approved list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The list of designated positions and the applicable disclosure
categories shown in Appendix A incorporated by reference, are hereby adopted as
an amendment to the previously adopted list of designated positions and
applicable disclosure categories.
2. Persons holding designated positions shall file statements of
economic interests required by the Conflict of Interest Code with the City Clerk,
to whom the City Council delegates the authority to carry out the duties of
filing officer.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
