CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
INSTALLATION OF A NON-SKID SURFACE IN THE MUNICIPAL
SERVICES BUILDING GARAGE, AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING
FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, the Municipal Services Building garage floor was originally
built with a smooth nonporous concrete surface; and
WHEREAS, seasonal rains cause the garage floor to get wet and extremely
slippery; and
WHEREAS, the slippery garage floor presents a safety hazard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications and
authorizes advertising for bids for shot-blasting and sealing the Municipal
Services Building garage floor.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
re§ular meeting held on the 25th day of September
1996 by the following vote:
