CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT FOR ADA UPGRADES TO ADMOND CONSTRUCTION, SAN
FRANCISCO IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $249,700 FOR THE
BASE BID ONLY, AND AMENDING THE 1996-97 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, CIP 97-3, TO DECREASE THE 1996-97
ALLOCATION FROM $200,000 TO $80,000 FOR ITEM 8 UNDER
PUBLIC FACILITIES, ADA WORK ON ALL BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids to do ADA Miscellaneous
Acccessibility Upgrades; and
WHEREAS, Admonds Construction, San Francisco was the lowest, eligible
bidder for the project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. It hereby authorizes award of the construction contract for ADA
upgrades to Admond Construction, San Francisco in an amount not to exceed
$249,700.
2. It further authorizes amending the 1996-97 Capital Improvement
Program (CIP 97-3) to decrease the 1996-97 allocation from $200,000 to $80,000
for Item 8 under Public Facilities, ADA Work On All Buildings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 25th day of September
1996 by the following vote:

Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Draqo
