CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED CHESTNUT ESTATES SUBDIVISION MAP
AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. MaD Approval
The Final Map, entitled "Chestnut Estates Subdivision Map", is hereby
approved including a condition requiring that the applicant provide security
acceptable to the City Attorney ensuring landscape maintenance for five years.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
The dedications of public use as shown on the map of the Chestnut
Estates Subdivision for street purposes and easements for sewer and storm drains
are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Chestnut
Estates Subdivision", by the City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby
authorized.
4. Recordation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record of cause
recordation of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the County.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall
be filed in the Office of the City Engineer, and a copy of the Subdivision
Improvements Agreement shall be filed in the offices of (1) City Clerk, (1)
Planning Director and (3) City Engineer, and the Building Division shall withhold
building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of September , 1996, by the following vote:
