HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 155-1996RESOLUTION NO. 155-96 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF DESIGNATED POSITIONS FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 136-96 the City Council of the City of South San Francisco adopted an amended list of designated positions subject to the City's Conflict of Interest Code; and WHEREAS, The amended list as adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 136-96 contained several inadvertent omissions or misclassifications of positions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that: 1. The list of designated positions and the applicable disclosure categories shown in Appendix A incorporated by reference, are hereby adopted as an amendment to the previously adopted list of designated positions and applicable disclosure categories. 2. Persons holding designated positions shall file statements of economic interests required by the Conflict of Interest Code with the City Clerk, to whom the City Council delegates the authority to carry out the duties of filing officer. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of October , 1996, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: Conflict Councilmembers Joseph A.
