CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
TO MONTEREY MECHANICAL COMPANY FOR WATER
QUALITY CONTROL PLANT FACILITIES AND APPROVING
AN AM~NDMRNT TO TH~ CAPITAT. IMPROVeMeNT BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The City of South San Francisco authorizes the Water
Quality Control Plant Sodium Hypochlorite Facilities contract to be
awarded to Monterey Mechanical Company in the amount not to exceed
$686,000. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
2. The 1995-1997 Capital Improvement Budget is hereby
amended (CIP 97-5) by adding $336,000 for expenditures related to
the Water Quality Control Plan Sodium Hypochlorite Facilities.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of
0ctober , 1996 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna. Robert Yee and Chairman Jack Drago
