CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR THE REQUIRED
RELOCATION OF SITIKE, INC. TO 306 SPRUCE AVENUE, AND
AUTHORING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
SITIKE INC.
WHEREAS, Sitike, Inc. has requested $50,000 each from the County of San
Mateo and the City of South San Francisco Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Council hereby authorizes a budget proposal for the
required relocation of Sitike, Inc. to 306 Spruce Avenue, and authorizes the
City Manager to execute a Grant Agreement for the amount of $50,000 from the
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of November , 1996 by the
following vote:

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin,
Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago
